In the Christmas print shop: biscuits & stars from the 3D printer
Even long-celebrated traditions are not spared from technological progress. Christmas biscuits and tree decorations come from the 3D printer! Together with our colleagues from the Professorship for Additive Manufacturing, we are inviting visitors of all ages to join us as we delve into the world of the circular economy! In a festive atmosphere, young and old will learn how 3D printing works and how important it is to conserve and reuse raw materials. We give waste materials a second life and show how this works.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to wrap a small, sustainable Christmas present from the 3D printer and take it home with them.
