Status: 15.12.
- Media must be uploaded before embedding
- When creating elements with media (images, videos, documents), the media to be embedded cannot be uploaded directly in the media browser. An error message appears ("No permission found for the creation of any media type").
- Media must always be uploaded to the groups in the "Media" tab before integration. This will probably remain the case.
- Missing formatting in accordions
- Tables do not work in accordions.
- Erroneous breadcrumb trails
- Breadcrumb trails (trails between hero image and text, e.g. home page / faculty A / institute A). e.g. Homepage / Faculty A / Institute B /...) are currently affected by technical bugs and do not form despite correct categorisation in the menu
- Missing translation of menu items
- Currently affects the group start pages (menu level 0). It is not possible to translate the menu titles into English for the English-language main menu. Accordingly, the English breadcrumb trail is also formed with the title of the German group start page
- Translation of the group start page
- After the automatic translation of the group start page, further manual changes, such as the insertion of a new paragraph (content element) on the German page, no longer result in the automatic transfer of the content to the English page. The element must be created there again in the same way as on the German page.
- Error message: "Fields that cannot be translated can only be changed by updating the current revision."
- This often occurs with already saved image tile, icon or text with image elements that are expanded or (in the case of images) resized in a further editing step. It is then not possible to save this content.
- It is not yet clear why the problem occurs, so it is difficult to resolve.
- Inconsistent display of links
- In normal continuous text, external links are underlined, whereas internal links are not.
- When underlining links in link lists, external links are displayed with underlining.
Fixed bugs
- Do not set group start page to "unpublished"
- If group start pages are set to "unpublished", not even the system admin can set them back to "published". The entire group must then be recreated.
- Bug is fixed, group start pages can no longer be set to "unpublished".
- No access to other group start pages
- When logged in, group editors have no access to the start pages of other groups, i.e. faculty pages, institute pages, etc. This is a side effect of the fact that only their own groups appear under "Groups".
- The bug has been fixed since 13 December, but all groups are now visible under "Groups". It is recommended to bookmark your own groups in the browser.
- Missing translation for link lists
- Link lists can only be created in either German or English (except on group start pages, where it works)
- If you translate them, the translation will then also appear in the other language version.
- The bug has been fixed since 13 December. Please check all your link lists so that they are correct in both language versions.
