51 degree programs will start at TU Bergakademie Freiberg in April 2024. For international students interested in starting their studies in the summer semester of 2024 and the following semesters there are several options.
- Master's programs taught in German
- Master's programs taught in English
- Bachelor's and Diplom degree programs with study preparation (Studienkolleg or study-preparatory German intensive course)
- Bachelor's and Diplom degree programs without required study preparation
For Bachelor’s and Diplom degree programs, international applicants apply online via uni assist.
Enrolment in Master's programs taught in German is possible until 15th March 2024, while the summer semester starts at the beginning of April 2024. For English speaking Master's programs the application deadline is the 15th of October 2024 for courses starting in the summer term of 2025 (1st April 2025).
For Bachelor's and Diplom degree programs with study preparation applications via uni-assist need to be placed until the 30st of April 2024 for the winter semester 2024 and the 31st of October for the summer semester 2025.
For Bachelor's and Diplom degree programs that do not require study preparation application deadlines are:
- 01.03.-15.07. for the winter semester of each year
- 01.09.-15.01. for the summer semester of the following year
