Business Analytics

Study concept

Business Analytics provides extensive methodological and technology-specific knowledge and skills for data analysis in companies. In addition, students gain knowledge in analyzing large, polystructured datasets (Big Data) at the interface with other scientific disciplines.

The general part of the programme offers students the opportunity to choose courses from the offerings of the Faculty of Business and Economics, particularly in International Resource Management, as well as the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. This allows them to supplement and expand their knowledge and skills according to their individual preferences.

  • At the same time, the complementary module serves to adapt the qualifications of the students. Students from the computer science discipline must take the path of business-related courses, while those from
  • the business and economics discipline follow the path of computer science/mathematics.
  • Students with a qualification in Business Informatics from another university or university of applied sciences will have an individual path defined based on the courses they have previously taken

Please note that the language of the program is German. At TUBAF we offer various Master's degree programmes taught in English language.
