Methods of Scientific Analysis (ex-Methods of Analysis and Econometrics)

This module focuses on the philosophy of science, or 'meta-science'. Students learn to conduct scientific work by evaluating and understanding the analysis of business and market data. They learn to critically read business-related research and understand the most important methods of analysis in the social sciences. This enables them to distinguish between propaganda and the creation and application of sound scientific knowledge. This implicitly informs the overall learning process.
