Team and conflict management
Conflicts are fundamentally positive, but are initially perceived in society as negative disruptions that disrupt routines and change relationships. Incorrect, imprecise, biased communication reinforces this feeling and the belief in the only truth and the sovereignty of interpretation causes the conflict parties to move away from each other.
How the potential of conflicts can be realised depends on many factors and also on the maturity of the people involved. In this training, we explore the possibilities of one-sided conflict resolution. In the short time available, we focus on the part that we can influence - ourselves.
