The capacity has already been fully utilized. Participation is only possible for registered persons. The event will be livestreamed. It is not necessary to register for the livestream.
The 2nd of November is all about festivity! The doors of the Alte Mensa will open at 10:00 a.m. for the graduation ceremony. Immediately afterwards, fellow students and friends can bid farewell to each other in style on the Obermarkt.
Parallel to the get-together on the central square in front of the town hall, the second festive programme has already begun in the Alte Mensa. The doctoral and post-doctoral graduates of the 2024 graduation year were led into the afternoon with music from the Wood'n'Brass Big Band.
In the evening, the Tivoli Freiberg will open its doors to celebrate the graduation in style once again!
Participation in the respective events is only possible with prior registration!

Farewell ceremony for doctoral and postdoctoral graduates
Start: 14:00, end approx. 16:00
Venue: Alte Mensa, Peterstraße 5, 09599 Freiberg
To round off this special day in style, the red carpets are rolled out at the Tivoli Freiberg. The annual university ball combined with a graduation party is the perfect place to get dressed up once again. If you want to dance to classics from your student days or your favourite music, the additional DJ floor is the place to be.
Get your ticket now for the university and graduate ball under the motto "TUBAF Party Night". Tickets are available from €15.00 per person.
