The Bobritzsch Training Centre offers students topics for practice-oriented theses, which can be supervised at the Chair of International Management and Corporate Strategy (as well as on site at the Niederbobritzsch location).
A thesis can be written with the aim of developing a strategy concept to increase efficiency in future administration. In order to develop a well-founded strategy concept, the first step is to analyse existing work backlogs in the administrative area of the Bobritzsch training centre and to develop theoretical approaches from the field of process management. Based on the findings of the analyses, the second step is to develop proposals for solutions to eliminate the backlogs, which will ultimately lead to the strategy concept.
An additional thesis can be written with the aim of developing a concept for equipping the eight building complexes of the Bobritzsch training centre. In order to be able to develop a well-founded concept, the first step is to determine the status quo with regard to the equipment of the eight building complexes and to develop theoretical approaches from the organisational area. Based on the findings, a concrete plan for future equipment is to be developed - taking into account financing aspects - and brought together in a concept.
The Bobritzsch training centre is located 6 km from Freiberg. Its task is to provide training for the intermediate non-technical service careers in the fields of general administration, justice, law enforcement and tax administration of the Free State of Saxony. Further training events are also held at the site.
