"Team Trust Toolbox: Practical approaches to improving communication and
communication and collaboration "

In this workshop, we will look at the prerequisites for actually benefiting from
actually benefit from our diversity in the team and how we can manage to
make it easier for us to work together heterogeneously. On the basis of
case studies, we will reflect on theories and models from communication
communication psychology, team and personality development and
develop our own options for action in the event that the current
communication in the team leads to conflicts and work blockages.

The workshop takes place exclusively in presence.
