Gustavo Henrique Romeu holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from São Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil, and is currently pursuing a master's degree focusing on renewable energy generation. He is deepening his studies in data transmission and drilling system monitoring at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, where he works with the Flow-loop experimental setup with Prof. Dr. Matthias Reich (chair holder) and Prof. Dr. Andreas Nascimento (guest, AvH fellow) and his goal is to apply this knowledge in his PhD research, exploring operational efficiency in well drilling for geoenergy and natural hydrogen exploration.
