Workshop (GraFa): Career planning for academics - salary negotiation

The move from the university world to the free economy is an important and sometimes difficult step. This intensive training helps you to successfully negotiate the topic of salary during your job search. The workshop consists of a self-study session and an online workshop with the opportunity to address salary negotiation questions.

2 - Determine and negotiate entry-level salary accurately - Online workshop on Sept. 12 - Calculation method for salary determination and practice with a case study - Research options for the company's internal salary framework - Causes of the gender pay gap
