The Orientation events for international first-year students take place at the beginning of each semester.
The information session cover the following topics :

  • steps and formalities to be completed after arrival
  • contacts to university institutions
  • introductions to study programs
  • self service portal & online course schedule
  • e-learning tools, e.g. OPAL and Big Blue Button
  • during studies: life in Freiberg/Germany
  • German culture and expectations of students

Part A: General Information & Events
