The central event management department at the university is responsible for a variety of tasks. The aim is to plan, organise and implement central academic and social events as well as major public events.
The department advises structural units on the preparation of their events and offers various services.
Equipment for TUBAF events
An event is always a public event! That is why it is important to have a uniform appearance with equipment branded in the TUBAF design and event documents.
For the equipment of an event at the university, items can be borrowed internally from the Event and Event Organisation in the Department of University Communication. These include
- Poster walls measuring 1.20 x 1.50
- Customer stoppers for indoor and outdoor use
- Covers for bar tables
- Tablecloths
- Pavilions, branded and unbranded
- Conference signs etc.

The print and design media for a meeting, conference or event can be created in the media centre. This includes, among other things
