An event is always a public event! That is why it is important to have a uniform appearance with equipment branded in the TUBAF design and event documents.

For the equipment of an event at the university, items can be borrowed internally from the Event and Event Organisation in the Department of University Communication. These include

• Poster walls in the format 1.20 x 1.50
• Customer stoppers for indoor and outdoor use
• Covers for bar tables
• Tablecloths
• Pavilions, branded and unbranded
• Conference signs etc.
