Communicating convincingly
Anybody who can formulate their own messages clearly and convey them convincingly will benefit in all conversational situations in everyday training and study life. With good dialogue techniques, an appreciative attitude and openness to the needs of the other person, this can be achieved effortlessly and without stress. Your own concerns and arguments can be presented more successfully and discussion partners can be more easily convinced.
