Partnership programmes on a university level help foster the potential scientific and industrial synergies between the partner countries, give new impulses and increase the standard of education where necessary. TU BAF is engaged in several development programmes that support the education sector in resource rich economies that show a clear lack of skilled engineers in the resource sector like Afghanistan, Kenia, Mongolia, Mozambique.
