We design models of technical and scientific processes, develop the tools for ever faster and more accurate simulations, and provide multimedia visualization, for example in our CAVE. We are researching robots to support people in difficult environments.

Our mathematicians and computer scientists are increasingly conducting research in numerous practice-relevant fields together with colleagues in engineering, natural sciences, and geosciences at the University of Resources.
