Chair of Technical Thermodynamics
The Chair of Technical Thermodynamics is currently divided into four working groups:
- Thermophysical material properties
- Process engineering material and data
- Numerical thermo-fluid dynamics as well as
- Sorption
The chair is characterized by interdisciplinary fundamental and application-oriented research in all areas of thermodynamic and heat transfer processes. Furthermore, the Scientific Diving Center (SDC) of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg is located at the chair and is active in training and research.
