The Freiberg-based start-up "ReViSalt" has developed a process for the solidification of glass in collaboration with the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. This makes it possible to produce shatterproof and scratch-resistant glass that is thinner, lighter, more stable and also more cost-effective. The founders have therefore been nominated for the Start-up Prize 2024.
