Training goal
The challenges and obstacles international students faces on a daily basis — especially in times of a pandemic — can be stressful. Undue amounts of stress reduce one’s ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life. In order to improve your stress management abilities the TU BAF in cooperation with the health insurance company Techniker Krankenkasse would like to invite you to participate in a free online mental health training series which is tailored to the specific situation and requirements of international students. The seminar offers ideas and skills to develop your personal strategy to cope with stress.
