A new Doctor is born!

Simon Stehle M.Sc. promoted to Doctor in Engineering (Dr.-Ing)

On November 20th, 2020, Simon Stehle M.Sc. successfully defended his Doctoral thesis. As a consequence the title "Doktor Ingenieur" was conferred on him by the Faculty 4 on behalf of the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg. The title of his thesis is:

Raman spektroskopische Untersuchung von einphasigen strukturierten Stoffgemischen in einem Mikrokapillarsystem (Investigations into single-phase structured fluid systems in micro-capillaries using Raman spectroscopy)

Doctor Stehle  was carrying out his research within the frame of an ERC Starting grant project "Inhomogeneities" (637654). As a doctoral researcher he contributed significantly to the following high-class publications:
