Set Exchange calendar permissions in Outlook 2016

Data protection

With the Exchange calendar, information on the availability of dates can be made, which can be viewed by default by other TU employees (Exchange users). This is personal data. This processing is in principle covered by the administrative regulation-service regulations under data protection law.

However, it is possible to configure the Exchange calendar in such a way that other TU employees can no longer see the availability status.

1. Start Outlook 2016

2. Select calendar view
3. Right click on the entry "Calendar" under "My Calendar"
