Erasmus+

Erasmus is the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport.

It promotes the academic mobility of students (study abroad and internship abroad) at all stages at universities.

It also provides extensive support for the mobility of university staff (teaching, further education and training).

Information Erasmus stay (outgoings)

The procedure for an Erasmus stay (outgoings) is as follows:

1. Application according to the central call for applications by the deadline (28th February each year)/ Upload application documents in Mobility Online.
2. Formal examination by IUZ
3. Forwarding of applications to the Erasmus coordinators of the faculties
4. Review of the application documents in the faculties:

Criteria:

• Level of performance, achieved credit points in relation to completed subject semesters
• Suitability and relevance of the selected modules in the Learning Agreement
• Level of language skills required
• If applicable, social competence/commitment

   5. Return of the applicant list with prioritisation or rejections to IUZ

   6. Allocation of the place and information to participants
