Accommodation

Freiberg has a limited hotel capacity and the 26th Annual General Meeting & Conference coincides with the 30th Annual Freiberg City Festival (Bergstadtfest Freiberg). Therefore the participants of SOMP 2015 are kindly requested to book their accommodation as early as possible. For your convenience you are kindly requested to follow the instructions below for booking your accommodation:

Accommodation Arrangement through Municipality Administration

The participants of SOMP 2015 may download, complete and send back to the Organising Committee the following form until Tuesday 31. March 2015:
