Flow Curve Seminar 2021
Motivation
Due to the interest expressed by industrial users, the Institute for Metal Forming of the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg in cooperation with ACATRAIN e.V. is organizing a two-day introductory and further training event on 06 and 07 October 2020 for the determination and evaluation of flow curves. The fundamentals of measurement technology for recording, as well as the theoretical background for calculating and analysing flow curves, will be explained in an application-oriented way and explained using practical case studies. The advanced training seminar imparts the necessary knowledge and skills for users of systems for flow curve determination (e.g. Gleeble, DIL805) to carry out and evaluate material tests correctly. The advanced training seminar includes theoretical teaching units as well as practical exercises on the Institute's own forming simulation systems and is supervised by experienced scientific staff of the Institute for Metal Forming.
Our Concept
- Founded knowledge, latest methods - experienced trainers, scientific background
- Practical and user friendly - Practical exercises on modern plant technology
- Compact and interactive format - small learning group, high information density
The participants receive a certificate from ACATRAIN e.V. for the knowledge they have acquired.
