Meet employers from all over Germany, have your application documents checked and take home a professional photo at the end. This is what students can do at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg career fair on 9 June between 10 am and 3 pm.

Whether for starting a career, planning the next steps in your professional life or looking for internships and industry partners for theses: the career fair at TU Bergakademie Freiberg offers students a wide range of opportunities to take the first step towards starting a successful career.

From corporate groups to medium-sized companies, a total of 50 companies from various sectors provide information. Volunteer students, who act as campus specialists on the day of the fair, arrange personal interviews with HR-managers. "Take your chance - use the opportunity to talk directly to the company representatives present. Those who are towards the end of their studies can get important advice for the upcoming application phase. But also students who do not yet know exactly which career path they want to take will gain insights into possible fields of work for engineers, natural scientists and economists," says project manager Sarah Gaidzik. A programme of lectures and the fair's own job listings complete the offer on the day of the fair.

Regional and national companies such as BASF Schwarzheide, Porsche Leipzig or Nickelhütte Aue present themselves at ORTE twice a year. Overview of exhibiting companies

Students can visit the fair without pre-registration and free of charge on 9 June, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Ulrich-Rülein-von-Calw Turnhalle, Meißner Ring 20C, Freiberg.
