Registration & Fee
The Freiberg High Pressure Symposium - Registration
Participation at the talks and presentations is free of charge, however, registration to the Freiberg High Pressure Symposium is encouraged and can be done via e-mail to the board of organisers conf2012.fhp@tu-freiberg.de. Registrations should be made until 01/07/2012.
Those researchers who would like to submit an abstract to the Symposium have to do this until 01/07/2012 via e-mail to conf2012.fhp@tu-freiberg.de. No late submissions will be accepted. The abstract should not exceed 1 page (DIN A4) in length using usual typesetting (i.e. 12 pt font, 2.5 cm margins left and right, preferebaly as Word document). The early registration period will end on 01/07/2012.
After expiry of the abstract submission deadline, Poster contributions are still welcome!
If you wish to join the cultural programme (i.e. Conference Dinner at Tuesday evening), a fee of 50 Euro will be due. Please report your wish to the board of organisers in your registration e-mail. If you want to join the cultural programme, you will receive an invoice with the necessary information for the bank transfer. Speakers and invited speakers may attend the cultural programme free of charge.
The fee for the Conference Dinner is requested to be paid until 10/09/2012. The details of the bank transfer will be sent to you by e-mail if you have expressed your wish to join this event.
Advanced accommodation reservation has been jointly organised with the Hotel Alekto (Hotel Alekto, Am Bahnhof 3, 09599 Freiberg). Reservation can be made upon call to +4937317940 or via e-mail to info(at)alekto.de using the keyword: FHPSymposium 2012. Booking can be made unitl 01/10/2012. The standard rate for single-room is 62.00 Euro per room and night incl. breakfast and free parking.
