Regulations on safeguarding good scientific practice

The TU Bergakademie Freiberg participates actively in the process of development of principles of good scientific practice. The short overview created by the Vice-Rector of Research of the TU BAF about the currently by the German Research Foundation (DFG) revised recommendations for safeguarding good scientific practice as well as other recent developments can be found under the heading research.

According to the "Guidelines on safeguarding good scientific practice" (see above) TU Bergakademie Freiberg has set up a "Commission for the investigation of allegations of scientific misconduct". Its members are appointed by the Rectorate. They can be contacted by everyone suspicious of scientific misconduct and can be consulted in cases of conflict.
